“Dilemma Reconciliation” - A process by Trompenaars Hampden-Turner

International organizations need to deal with the competing demands of different stakeholders. They need stability and growth, long-term and short-term decisions, tradition and innovation, planning and laissez-faire. The challenge is to integrate these opposites instead of selecting one at the expense of the other. During this practical workshop, the participants will practice this step-by-step dilemma reconciliation process developed by THT.
